John DiNome for Township Commissioner
John
DiNome learned valuable leadership lessons at West Point and as an
Army officer. He received
his law degree from Rutgers and is currently a partner at Reed Smith.
John practices labor law and has honed vital negotiating skills
resolving disputes on behalf of local municipalities that would serve
our township well. John
is involved in fundraising for the American Cancer Society and is a
regular participant in their “Relay for Life.”
He currently serves as an Advisory Member to the Abraham
Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.
John believes in the importance of Lower Merion
as a regional partner for Philadelphia and the surrounding area.
As a Lower Merion Commissioner, he will work toward solutions
that meet the needs of our entire community, are cost efficient and
bipartisan in nature. John is eager to work on a variety of important
Township projects such as conscientious development in Ardmore and
access to Lankenau Hospital. With
a firm commitment to keeping our taxes low, his focus will be on
fiscal responsibility. John
has volunteered as a Little League coach and currently lives with his
wife, Jessie and their three children in Wynnewood.
