John DiNome for Township Commissioner

John DiNome learned valuable leadership lessons at West Point and as an Army officer.  He received his law degree from Rutgers and is currently a partner at Reed Smith.  John practices labor law and has honed vital negotiating skills resolving disputes on behalf of local municipalities that would serve our township well.  John is involved in fundraising for the American Cancer Society and is a regular participant in their “Relay for Life.”  He currently serves as an Advisory Member to the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.

John believes in the importance of Lower Merion as a regional partner for Philadelphia and the surrounding area.  As a Lower Merion Commissioner, he will work toward solutions that meet the needs of our entire community, are cost efficient and bipartisan in nature. John is eager to work on a variety of important Township projects such as conscientious development in Ardmore and access to Lankenau Hospital.  With a firm commitment to keeping our taxes low, his focus will be on fiscal responsibility.  John has volunteered as a Little League coach and currently lives with his wife, Jessie and their three children in Wynnewood.
